Chocolate and Coffee... Can you ask for anything more? Today at the factory we indulged in some delicious chocolate from our friends at Pair Chocolates in Barrington,
Illinois.

We paired the chocolates with two different coffees, our single origin Colombia, which expressed characteristics of: milk
chocolate, walnuts, caramel, black currants, cashews, and vanilla. We paired a Dagoba Roseberry bar, a Veré Vanilla Bean Dark Chocolate, and a Veré Pomegranite chocolate . All of which was delicious, especially the Pomegranite chocolate.

Carrie and Autumn deep in thought as they pair the coffee and chocolate
The second pairing was with our Organic Mexican Coffee which expressed characteristics of: chestnuts, milk chocolate, cinnamon and cashews. What a great coffee to pair with chocolate! With the Mexican we paired a Theo Bread and Chocolate bar, a Veré Citrus Dark Chocolate, and an Alter Eco- Dark-Milk Chocolate bar from Bolivia. I was blown away by the Alter Eco Bar, I enjoyed the chocolate melting in my mouth as I sipped the coffee... What a great way to Sip Slowly and enjoy some of the greater things in life such as chocolate and coffee.

Stone Creek ladies! where were the guys? I guess women really do LOVE chocolate...
