This Friday at the factory we engaged in one of our favorite rituals, Friday Cuppings. Athena led this cupping with a selection of single origin coffees from Brazil, Sumatra, Colombia, and Mexico.We also had a very special guest stop by, Victor Allen, who is internationally recognized for his roasting and cupping talents. He has had over 20 years of tasting experience and he started Victor Allens Coffee & Tea of Madison. He was an inspiring coffee enthusiast we were impressed by his various methods of cupping coffee and knowledge of origin. Thanks Victor for joining us!
