During our bi-weekly cupping last week, we had a special guest visitor stop by. Jonathan Jarrow, coffee shop manager and barista enthusiast from Chicago stopped into say hello. We met Jonathan during the Great Lakes Barista Competition and were very impressed with his mad latte art skills. Jonathan hung around for our cupping and then gave a few people a lesson in latte art. It was a lot of fun to meet someone else who is as passionate about coffee as we are and who could teach us a few new tricks. We're looking forward to Jonathan's next visit and hope to continue learning how to pour the perfect rosetta!
