October is Chili Month and we here at Stone Creek Coffee are going to celebrate by sharing our favorite homemade recipes with each other each Friday during lunch. It's gonna be some good eatin's 'round here at the Factory, yes indeedy, and we encourage all of you to do the same at your place of work.

There's nothing like sitting down to share a meal together. In fact, in some cultures it's mandatory. As a guest, you must first have a taste of the hosts' hospitality and share with them in what they have to offer least you insult their generosity. Throughout most of the world it is through a shared meal that trust and respect are shown, and chili is a great dish to do it with.

As we were going over our own special chili recipe, we suddenly thought of an awesome idea: We should throw in a little of our Roastin' Joe Grillin' Rub.
