This morning Stephen, our roastermaster and cupping pro, and I spent a few hours cupping more green samples.  We are working on some new Guatemalan coffee and have also been experimenting with a few new blends.  Our conclusion; the world is filled with amazing coffee but in order to find it you have cup (sample) a lot of average coffee. We are up for the task - the cupping continues.
