Stone Creek's Community Coffee program is a great way to share our success with the very people that have made it possible.  Our communities support us, and our values tell us that we have a responsibility to support the community. 

Most of the Community Coffee events have a great energy about them.  It is so great to be a part of these events because not only is it fun, but people freely express their appreciation for what you are doing.  Not to mention the fact that you get to work outside and enjoy good company!

Every experience that I have had has been great, but I think my favorite was last year when I helped with Dylan's Walk.  There were so many people there, and every one of them was in a good mood.  I had been brewing coffee since 6am, and I really didn t know what to expect. 

Every single person that I served coffee to said thank you.  People were asking where Stone Creek was located so that they could support us. 

Towards the end of the day, as we were getting ready to leave, I was privileged to meet Dylan, the eight year old autistic boy for whom the event is named.  He shook my hand and said thank you.  That moment made the entire day worth while.
