Barista Throwdown  - an opportunity to display the craft of free pouring latte art. But what's the deal with latte art anyway? If you ask your Stone Creek Coffee barista they will tell you - It's all about balance. Pure and simple. In the cup we are balancing milk and espresso, texture and temperature, a long line and eye contact to bring you the best latte and the best service we can. Here at a throwdown, we can take more than a minute to really appreciate each other's accomplishments as craft people.
