Introducing Kristin, Jenna and Christian -

Kristin, SCC Wholesale Team and Jenna, newbie at SCC Delafiled came to the afternoon training session together on Wednesday. I was a jerk and didn't take any pictures of their work- possibly because I was so distracted by Jenna's incredible steaming technique (I think there is a great theme for this week) after only 8 weeks this kind of work spells out n.a.t.u.r.a.l. in my book. Jenna - keep it up! You can visit Jenna almost any day of the week at SCC Delafield. She's there a lot - and it shows. In a good way, of course. This time lapsed image is where its at. We utilized some photography measures to observe Christian's technique frame by frame.
This is Christian, Manager at SCC Bay View and milk steamer extraordinaire. At eight o'clock at night he was here at the Factory practicing different techniques for pouring rosettas. Christian likened his practice with espresso, milk and the rosetta to his experience with voice lessons - perform, improve and repeat, repeat, repeat.
