Let me just say that these two certainly brought their individual talents to the training center on Tuesday.
Seth, a veteran barista has a steaming technique that all baristas should strive for. When Seth is not working at SCC (he is there a lot) he is somehow finding time to study as a returning student. Seth is also an avid runner, but don't look for him jogging the sidewalks of Shorewood - he prefers the gym. Amazing.
Christy, a newbie of 6 weeks with SCC in Glendale has a natural ability and rhythm for this kind of work - and she should! Outside of working in the medium of espresso, she also works in fine arts and is in school currently for Art Therapy.
All in all, very impressive.
