This past Sunday our training baristi ranged from an 11 year veteran to a 4 month newbie. All participating make great strides in their progress to free pouring a rosetta. If you could be there you would hear a the chatter and excitement as the group talked to each other about the result of each pour. You would hear encouragement to try something different and new. Over and over we poured, the outcome of beautiful lattes was a result of great concentration and the occasional happy accident.
