th, Eric and I headed down to Lake Zurich, IL to tour the FETCO manufacturing facility. Stone Creek Coffee recently installed FETCO’s state of the art brewing equipment in 7 of our 8 stores and Delafield will be receiving the equipment in August. FETCO designs and builds all of their coffee equipment in Lake Zurich. They make unique and individualized molds for all of their equipment, make their own specific tools used for manufacturing their machines and assemble their coffee brewers by hand! Not only does FETCO have an impressive manufacturing facility, but the brewed coffee is the best we have ever had. We are pleased to offer our customer’s coffee out of such innovative and precise brewers!
This basket is for the large volume brewer that large hotels and catering companies use. This basket can hold coffee to brew 26 gallons of coffee at a time!
I am not exactly sure what substance this man is using, but he appears to be putting an adhesive on the machinery to add more parts to create a completed product. There is a lot of manual labor in creating a FETCO machine!
This man is using a machine that makes several bends in the metal. He manually is turning the metal a couple of times to get the bends precisely where they need to be.
