A few months ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Wendi and Linden Ray owners of the Mink River Basin in Ellison Bay,Door County. Door County is one of my favorite spots in Wisconsin to visit, so imagine my delight when they said they were adding a coffee shop! Now you're in the know - on your next visit to Door County, seek out the best coffee to sip slowly and visit the newest coffee shop in Ellison Bay, located at 12010 Hwy 42. This also sounds like the perfect spot to visit after the Door County Century Ride on September 12th!
