Hola...At this moment, I'm sitting in the Minneapolis Convention Center at the Specialty Coffee Association of America's Annual Conference and Exhibition.  Jason, Kim, Christie, and I are sitting in our booth enjoying some of the first shots of espresso pulled from our bar.  Due to some technical difficulties, I can't get the photo of our booth up to show everyone, but I'll work on that later this evening.  Stay tuned for more updates from the show!  Sip slowly!

Greetings Fellow Coffee Lovers...well, it's been some time since our last blog posting.  As you may or may not know, we've been preparing for the Specialty Coffee Association of America's Annual Coference and Exhibition.  All of our hard work has paid off and things are looking really great.  We'll have more updates soon!
