Stone Creek's cupping event tomorrow will be rare in execution as we'll be moving from sample to brew. In other words, we will progress through the coffee sampling in the usual manner but then--and here's the exciting part--we shall try a brewed batch of each coffee from the brewer. The aim is to see what changes take place when the roasted beans go from a cupping sample to a brewed cup of coffee.
