Back in High School I had a job at Winkie’s in Whitefish Bay. One day I learned of a new local coffee shop opening their first store in our building and I couldn’t wait to try it out! I had a mocha at Stone Creek Coffee Whitefish Bay the very day it opened! Never would I have imagined that years later I’d work for this awesome company.

After college I worked in various Theatre Costume Shops here in Milwaukee. Theatre, though, is a seasonal gig and I needed work for the summer! I remember well filling out my application for Stone Creek Coffee and was pleased to get called for an interview! It was May of 2001 when I began as a barista at our former Downtown location. Very quickly, I not only became addicted to Stone Creek’s great coffee, I became addicted to my coworkers and my customers. Stone Creek Coffee was officially in my blood! After a summer of running the Farmers’ Markets for Stone Creek, I knew I wanted to manage a store. I was given that opportunity in December of 2002 when the Grand Ave Kiosk opened for business. I stayed there until opening the Glendale store in January of 2005 where I have managed every day since. Years later, I’m still addicted to the coffee I serve as well as people I see every day!

In my free time you can find me enjoying a bike ride, relaxing with family and friends, catching a Brewers game or theatre show, watching PBS, or working on various sewing and needle arts projects.
